He has been the president of FK Csíkszereda in Szeklerland for a long time, and under his leadership the team has started from the county divisions and is now playing in the Romanian second division.In 2013, FK Csíkszereda entered into a professional partnership with the hungarian Puskás Ferenc Football Academy and the Szeklerland Football Academy was established, which Zoltán is also the head of. Thanks to the joint work, they are now providing players not only for the Romanian, but also for the Hungarian youth teams.
